I see lot of leaders and aspiring leaders around who have different levels of bond with their team, their colleagues, their friends and their family. Not all of them are the same and I don’t even expect them to be. Some of them are the ones whom people like a lot while there are others who are hated the most. You would often find people discussing about leaders in lot of unofficial conversations and also sometimes drawing comparisons amongst some of them. This happens because a leader’s behavior or attitude is watched by all.
